Banana Berry Swirl:

1 scoop VITAFORCE
8 oz. almond milk (or other milk alternative)
2 oz. orange juice
1/2 banana
1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries


Green Machine:

1 scoop VITAFORCE
8 oz.
almond milk (or other milk alternative)
2-4 oz. apple juice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 banana
Handful of fresh spinach


On the Go:
1 scoop VITAFORCE
4-6 oz. apple juice
2-4 oz. purified water
Shake ingredients and drink
